Honda Reveals a Lightly Refreshed Civic Si for 2025

The Honda Civic Si has long been a solid in-between point, filling the performance gap between the standard Civic and the much hotter Civic Type R. Honda gave the car an overhaul for the 2025 model year, giving it a revised exterior design, updated interior, and new tech features.


The Si retains its manual-only configuration for 2025 and its turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine, making 200 horsepower and 192 pound-feet of torque. Power reaches the front wheels, where Honda has included a standard limited-slip differential. The car comes standard with all-season tires, but summer performance tires are available for $300 more.


Honda gave the Civic Si a more aggressive front fascia and an updated grille with a hex pattern. The taillights are darker, and new matte-black 18-inch V-spoke alloy wheels complete the look. Urban Gray Pearl exterior paint is also available for the first time.

New interior tech includes a 10.2-inch digital gauge cluster, and the car will be the first Civic to get Google built-in. It runs on a nine-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, USB-C ports, and the gauge cluster offers a range of performance data displays. The car comes with red accents throughout the cabin, and the front sport seats are now heated, with three levels of heat available.


The 2025 Civic Si will hit dealers’ lots in August. Pricing starts at $31,045, which includes a $1,095 destination charge. The Si with summer performance tires starts at $31,345.

    the heated seats are welcome. the rev hang and direct injection to satisfy epa goons not so much. no more gunky intake valves for me.

    I still can't believe they put red seats in front and black seats in back. Like, are you kidding me??
  • 28-Cars-Later Suggestion for future QOTD: Given the fact US road infrastructure is crumbling around us why must all new cars have 20+ inch wheels with tires an inch or two thick in sidewall which literally become bent over time bc of potholes? I know initially in the 90s wheels got bigger to accommodate larger disc brakes but its gone a little too far given the road infrastructure don't ya think?

  • SCE to AUX I guess the direct sales stores weren't polled. Unless dealers are going out of business, I don't feel one bit sorry for them. They should most fear the mfrs who are eager to get rid of them, reducing costs and increasing customer satisfaction.
