Today we're going back in time with this 1982 Toyota Celica Supra LE.

This one has an automatic transmission and the LE trim is rare. It has a sunroof, leather interior, and electronic dash. There are a 157,000 miles on the clock and the seller says it's in good shape.

The engine is stock and appears to have been well-maintained, with a tune-up done recently and rebuilt brakes. The seller has owned the car since 1983 and has kept it in a garage.

This vehicle has not been wrecked and there is an aftermarket stereo. It sounds like perhaps any buyer might need to replace the tires soon.

There are some issues -- the A/C doesn't blow super cold, the sunroof sticks, the exhaust leaks, and the interior leather has some cracks.

The asking price for this Tennessee-based car is $8,500.

28-Cars-Later Suggestion for future QOTD: Given the fact US road infrastructure is crumbling around us why must all new cars have 20+ inch wheels with tires an inch or two thick in sidewall which literally become bent over time bc of potholes? I know initially in the 90s wheels got bigger to accommodate larger disc brakes but its gone a little too far given the road infrastructure don't ya think?

SCE to AUX I guess the direct sales stores weren't polled. Unless dealers are going out of business, I don't feel one bit sorry for them. They should most fear the mfrs who are eager to get rid of them, reducing costs and increasing customer satisfaction.
