Kia Teases the Refreshed 2025 EV6
The Kia EV6 had made waves with its styling and the performance GT model, and it appears the crossover is poised for an update. Yesterday, Kia teased a revised EV6 with a new headlight design and slightly massaged tail lights, and we expect more substantive changes with longer range estimates and interior updates.
Kia is Eying a Much Hotter EV9 GT
One of the more popular selling points for new EVs is the massive amount of almost instant torque they deliver, making some models shockingly quick off the line. The Kia EV6 GT is one of them, offering near-supercar levels of acceleration at a premium SUV price, and the automaker appears poised to try that formula again with its larger EV9. Kia recently detailed some of the SUV’s performance, saying that it will land early next year with “enormous power.”

The Kia EV9 is just hitting the streets, but we’re already learning about the automaker’s “next big thing.” Motor 1 located an application on China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) website that covers a new EV called the EV5, a small crossover with the brand’s signature funky styling.
