Today we're going north of the border to the home of our parent company to bring you this 1988 Volvo 780 Bertone.

This is one is apparently pretty clean with only minor wear and tear and plenty of parts that have been replaced with new ones over time as part of regular maintenance. There are 86,000 kilometers on the odometer.

The vehicle was involved in a collision in 2017.

The seller has put very few miles on it recently -- just 3,000 km in the past four years.

The Volvo diff centres are strong and good for racing.

  Lou, its according to what application you want. We use them in the speedway on inline 6's (GMH) more than strong enough. 9" diffs are a great diff. Its horses for courses.

Tassos I never used winter tires, and the last two decades I am driving almost only rear wheel drive cars, half of them in MI. I always bought all season tires for them, but the diff between touring and non touring flavors never came up. Does it make even the smallest bit of difference? (I will not read the lengthy article because I believe it does not).
